The Farmstead on Falls Apartments Amenities
Farmstead On Falls Apartments will consist of two (2) four-story elevatored buildings connected by a two-story central clubhouse/amenity facility. The building facade will have a modern farmhouse influence that uses changes a variety of color, texture, and material to soften the scale of the buildings. The exterior materials will be a combination of stone and colored brick; a combination of lap and board and batten siding in natural earth tones; and a combination of asphalt and standing seam metal roofing. The interior will be meticulously appointed with an elegant lighting package, solid core farmhouse doors, Quest custom cabinetry, black fixtures and accents as well as solid surface countertops and luxury plank flooring in each unit. The amenity spaces will be finished with barnwood and timbers re-purposed from the historic barn on-site as well as Kohler plumbing fixtures and Quest cabinetry.
Extensive landscaping will complement the building and screen the exterior swimming pool, and amenities, providing residents a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the privacy of their new home. Vehicular access to the Property will be from three (3) locations: one on Port Washington Road and two from Falls Road. The access from Falls Road will lead to a central surface parking lot, and access to underground parking will be from the private road that connects N. Port Washington Road and Falls Road around the northern and eastern edges of the site. Underground parking is provided for each building and will include 185 resident parking spaces. An additional 111 surface stalls are available in the main and auxiliary parking lots. There will be dedicated bicycle parking and electric vehicle charging stations in the underground parking garage.
